About the Client

Serving the people of Dungarvan and beyond since 1963, Dungarvan Pharmacy is known for personalised care and a genuine specialism in skin, respiratory and allergy issues — backed up by their on-site salt cave therapy service, a real point of difference for a local pharmacy. They came to us wanting a new eCommerce website to bring that same reputation online.

The Challenge

With a unique offering like on-site salt cave therapy, Dungarvan Pharmacy needed a website that could properly showcase their range of health services and products to a wider audience than their physical shop alone could reach — and a brand look to match.

The Solution

We gave Dungarvan Pharmacy a full brand overhaul, designing a new logo and colour palette that reflected their focus on natural health and skincare. Our copywriting team wrote the core pages, and our developers built a mobile-responsive online shop with EPOS integration, giving the pharmacy a genuine entry point into online retail.

The Results

We started with a full business analysis before moving into a complete logo redesign and brand refresh. From there, we built and developed the website itself, integrating EPOS so in-store and online stock stayed in sync, and made sure the whole build was mobile-responsive and accessible. Onsite and local SEO optimisation helped bring in new custom, supported by a full content strategy and copywriting service. We finished with website management training so the Dungarvan Pharmacy team could keep things updated themselves.
