Kelly’s Department Store is a proudly Irish-owned women’s fashion retailer in Waterford, stocking brands like Mos Mosh and Co’ Couture. We built their Shopify store to showcase seasonal collections and make shopping jeans, knits and dresses simple for shoppers across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.
The Challenge
Fast-moving fashion retail needs a site that can be refreshed constantly with new arrivals and seasonal collections, without customers ever losing track of what’s new versus what’s on sale.
The Solution
We built a category-led store structure by product type (jeans, tops, knits, dresses) with dedicated New Arrivals and Sale collections, plus free shipping incentives to encourage bigger basket sizes.
